Ahmed Farouk

Ahmed Farouk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Managing Director & CEO at World Business Network since June 2015 and as a Partner at Silverbear Capital Inc. since June 2018. Previously, Ahmed held positions such as Advisor to the Board at WinhGroup, where expertise in organizational restructuring for mergers and acquisitions was applied, and Assistant Group General Manager & Group CFO at International Turnkey Systems Group, a leading IT solutions provider. Additional roles included Finance Director at Vodafone Bahrain and Finance Manager at Mobinil, both of which are key players in telecommunications in the Middle East. Ahmed began a finance career as Treasury Manager at Orascom E&C USA, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cairo University, complemented by specialized courses in acquisition deals.
