Brian M.

Brian M. has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a chef volunteer for World Central Kitchen since April 2018. As the chef and owner of Brian Moog Catering and Events LLC since June 2010, Brian provides personal chef and event management services. Additionally, Brian has been a chef at Sanford Restaurant since September 2009 and previously worked as a cook for The Gathering of Southeast Wisconsin, Inc. from November 2015 to November 2017, contributing to a community meal program that serves free meals weekly. Past roles include executive chef at Lee Johns Catering from 2010 to 2011 and cuisine lead at Quad Graphics between 1998 and 2006. Brian M. holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, attended from 1988 to 1990, and graduated from Wauwatosa East High School in 1982.
