Laura Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culinary communication and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Chef Corps at World Central Kitchen since April 2022, Laura leads efforts to expand and engage a global network of culinary leaders who support disaster relief through food initiatives. Previously, Laura was the Food Editor at Washington City Paper, where a weekly column explored the intersection of food with various social issues. Laura's freelance work includes contributions to multiple notable publications and a tenure as Dining Editor at Bisnow. Earlier roles also include communications management with the U.S.-Japan Council and teaching English in Japan.
