Heather Smith

Heather Smith is an experienced professional in custom printing and customer service, currently serving as Custom Prints Manager at World Centric since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of custom print processes and quality assurance. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Tea Bar and Fusion Cafe, where expertise in customer engagement and operational efficiency was developed, and a series of positions in the retail and service industry, such as Shift Leader at Peet's Coffee and Head Cashier at Big 5 Sporting Goods.
