Ak Fagerlund

AK Fagerlund has extensive experience in fundraising and organizational leadership, currently serving in Givarservice at the World Childhood Foundation since November 2020. Prior to this role, AK held multiple positions at Sverige för UNHCR from August 2013 to January 2019, including Gruppchef direktrelationer, overseeing face-to-face and telemarketing initiatives, and Program Manager F2F, leading face-to-face fundraising efforts. AK also coordinated face-to-face fundraising for UNHCR in Sweden from March 2012 to August 2013 and served as a Team Leader & Fundraiser within the organization. Additionally, AK was the Chairperson for the national board of Sveriges Förenade HBTQ-studenter in 2012. AK holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Science from the University of Bergen and participated in an exchange program at the University of Hawai'i focusing on Hawai'ian history, women's studies, and communication.
