World Compass Academy is a pre-kindergarten through grade 8 charter school located in Castle Rock, Colorado. World Compass Academy engages and inspires learners in a safe, challenging, and individualized learning environment which cultivates and fosters character, a lifelong love of learning, and the skills to engage in the global community.

The Education and Teaching Team at World Compass Academy is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, individualized learning experience for students in pre-kindergarten through grade 8. This team includes specialists in gifted education, language immersion (Mandarin, Spanish, French), literacy, special education, history, and more. They work collaboratively to foster a positive school culture and implement a challenging, research-based curriculum, ensuring each student develops the foundational skills needed for global engagement and lifelong success.
