Radosław Karolczyk

Tomasz Rados is a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz served as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support from February 2022 to January 2024. In addition, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Tomasz has held various roles within European organizations, including membership in the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and as a Coordination Assistant at the European External Action Service. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Network PL, an association supporting Polish employees in international organizations. Earlier career positions include Contract Agent and Programme Manager/Policy Officer at the European Commission and a role at the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw in 2003.
