Matthew McMillan

Matthew McMillan is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in cloud-native technologies and application development. Currently employed at Ab Initio Software since July 2021, Matthew primarily focuses on a Kotlin and TypeScript/React web application, alongside enhancing developer tools and workflows. Active in the cubing community, Matthew has served as a Delegate and Communications Team Member for the World Cube Association since December 2016, coordinating events along the US East Coast. Additionally, involvement with CubingUSA's Educational Outreach Team since December 2017 has focused on creating guidelines for clubs and increasing community engagement. Previous internships include software development at Optum, where Matthew developed a Fitbit application, and a technology intern role at Computer Fulfillment, where efforts included modernizing subscription pages.
