Valentina Ferraro

Valentina Ferraro currently serves as a Technical Attaché at the World Customs Organization, specializing in procedures and facilitation within the Compliance and Facilitation Directorate since January 2019. Concurrently, Valentina has held the position of Director of the Coordination Office for Personnel and Organization Affairs at Agenzia delle Dogane since October 2014, focusing on union relations, integrity, anti-corruption, and organizational efficiency. Previous roles include consultancy at UNESCO, where Valentina worked on capacity building projects in the Europe Region, and research fellowship positions at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata." Valentina's extensive experience encompasses various domains, including cultural policy, public administration evaluation, and international cooperation, underpinned by a strong academic background in economics and management, with multiple degrees from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
