Digital Success Manager at World Economic Forum

Beren Evans has a solid work experience in the technology and customer service sectors. From 2002 to 2006, Beren worked as a Customer Service Manager at Webspark Technologies SA. Following that, from 2006 to 2009, Beren served as the Head of Client Services at ADS-click, where they provided product support, back-office operations, and product marketing and communications support. Since 2009, Beren has been with the World Economic Forum, initially as a Technology Manager from 2009 to 2011, then as a Senior Manager responsible for IT support and training from 2011 to 2018, and currently as a Digital Success Manager. Overall, Beren has demonstrated expertise in managing customer support, technology, and digital success.

Beren Evans has a diverse education history. From 1991 to 1998, they attended Ecolint and the International School of Geneva where they completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. During this time, their areas of focus included Spanish, English, and History.

After completing their secondary education, Beren Evans attended the University of Essex from 1998 to 2001. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a specialization in Latin American Studies within the field of Humanities.

In addition to their formal education, Beren Evans has obtained additional certifications. In November 2020, they received a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in June 2022, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through a program delivered by CMC Partnership Global in collaboration with Prosci.
