As the Founder and Head of Samarpann, an NGO dedicated to improving health and education for disadvantaged children in rural and tribal India, Dr. Bhargava has positively impacted 40,000 children through various initiatives, including WASH programs in schools. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where Dr. Bhargava mentors on health policy, and previous positions as International Health Delegate for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Research Officer for the Government of India, where significant health policies affecting millions were developed.
