Edgard Carneiro Vieira

Edgard Carneiro Vieira has a background in International Affairs and has served in various roles related to international trade and government affairs. With experience at the World Economic Forum and UNCTAD, Edgard currently leads Government Affairs and Public Policies in Brazil. Prior to that, Edgard worked as an International Trade Consultant and was part of the Department of International Negotiations at the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil. Edgard holds a Master's degree in International Affairs with a focus on Trade & International Finance from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidade de Brasília.
