Espen Mehlum

Espen Mehlum serves as Program Head at the World Economic Forum, focusing on Energy and Industry Transition Intelligence and Regional Acceleration at the Centre for Energy and Materials. With a career spanning over a decade at the World Economic Forum, Mehlum has held various senior roles including Head of Energy, Material and Infrastructure Program, where responsibilities included mobilizing investments for clean energy and leading global benchmarking projects. Prior positions involved managing knowledge and strategic initiatives within the Energy Industries sector and advising on energy policies for the Norwegian government while representing Norway in international energy committees. Mehlum holds a Master of Global Leadership from the World Economic Forum and a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
