Flavia Zamorano

Flavia Zamorano has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Flavia currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at the World Economic Forum since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Flowserve Corporation from December 2021 to March 2023, and as a Team Lead at GesNext from December 2021 to March 2023.

Before their role at Flowserve Corporation, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst at SGS Corporate from November 2020 to December 2021, and a Talent Acquisition Analyst from May 2020 to October 2021.

In 2019, Flavia worked at Ausenco as a TA Coordinator for South America from July 2019 to January 2020, and as a Talent Acquisition Assistant from January 2019 to July 2019.
