Ganesha Rasiah

Ganesha Rasiah serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Head of Strategy & Planning at HP since July 2023. Ganesha contributes as a member of the World Economic Forum and participates in discussions on topics such as AI, job dynamics, geopolitics, and resiliency. Additionally, Ganesha holds a position as a Board Director at Peak Mind, focusing on mental health solutions for frontline workers. Prior to these roles, Ganesha was Senior Vice President of Operations at Cisco, driving transformation and operational metrics in the XaaS space, and held a Partner position at Deloitte Consulting, leading digital transformations and corporate strategy initiatives. Ganesha's earlier experience includes roles as Lead Engineer at Conexant and Network Architect at the International Institute of Telecommunications. Ganesha holds an MSEE in Wireless & Mobile Communications from Columbia University and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
