Jerry M. Chow is an accomplished IBM Fellow and Director, leading the Experimental Quantum Computing group at IBM's TJ Watson Research Center since July 2010. This group focuses on developing networks of superconducting qubits with the goal of realizing fault-tolerant quantum computers. Additionally, Jerry is a member of the Global Future Council on Quantum Computing at the World Economic Forum. Prior to IBM, Jerry contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at Schoelkopf Lab at Yale University, specializing in quantum information processing with superconducting qubits. Jerry holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University, an MS in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, and an AB in Physics from Harvard University.
