Juha Rajala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Juha'smost recent role was as a Digital Success Manager at the World Economic Forum, where they drove user adoption and usage of digital collaboration platforms and tools. In these positions, they provided real-time system and process support, managed a client portfolio, established customer relationships, conducted training, and developed induction programs.

Early in their career, Juha worked as a Layout Coordinator at Rautaruukki Oyj, where they were responsible for documenting, database management, layout planning, and material administration tasks for a cabin assembly factory.

Juha Rajala completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Industrial Management from Seinajoki University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained several certifications related to IT and Agile project management. These certifications include ITIL Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in March 2019, as well as various Agile-related certifications from LinkedIn obtained between November 2018 and January 2019.
