Kai Yi Carrie Chan

Kai Yi Carrie Chan is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Global Innovator at the World Economic Forum since June 2021, and as the Co-Chair for the Annual Meeting of the New Champions in June 2023. Chan co-founded and is the CEO of Avant, a role maintained since July 2018, while also contributing to the INSEAD Hong Kong Alumni Association as a board director since January 2010. Additional experience includes fellowships at Unreasonable, significant project management roles at ITC Properties Management Limited and Paul Y Management Limited, and key managerial positions in urban planning and design. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Architecture from the University of Hong Kong.
