Michael Thomas Jr., SHRM-SCP, has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Currently, they serve as the Talent Acquisition Lead at the World Economic Forum. Prior to this, they worked at Kensington Management Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Executive Director, Assistant Director, Lead Recruiter, and Recruiter. During their tenure, Michael successfully implemented the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) system, reduced administrative labor expenses while increasing revenue, and achieved a 300% increase in the customer base. Michael also eliminated Worker's Compensation claims and employee litigation and improved the overall employee satisfaction rating. Additionally, Michael has experience working with children in therapeutic settings and has held intern therapist roles at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, Berkshire Psychiatric, and COMHAR, Inc. Michael has also served as a Mobile Therapist at MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership.
