Nina Pelletier has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nina started their career at Renaissance Montréal Hôtel as a Restaurant Supervisor from 2001 to 2003. Nina then worked at Holiday Inn Select Montreal (IHG) as a Guest Services member from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2005 and held various roles, including Distance Learning Exams Coordinator from 2005 to 2007, Distance Learning Enrolments Coordinator from 2007 to 2008, and Assistant Product Manager: Business Intelligence Solutions from 2008 to 2011. Since 2012, Nina has been working at the World Economic Forum as a Manager, Digital Success. In this role, they are responsible for driving change management and training activities for internal and external-facing digital solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs, liaising with technical teams to implement new solutions, and designing and delivering training content for over 800 employees.

Nina Pelletier's education history includes two degrees from McGill University. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral Science. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management. In addition to their formal education, Nina has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they completed a certification in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn. Nina also holds two certifications from Prosci, an institution specializing in change management. In July 2021, they obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification, and in October 2022, they achieved the Prosci® Train-the-Trainer Level 1 certification, both delivered by CMC Partnership Global.
