Steven Lloyd

Steven Lloyd has extensive experience in advisory services and corporate finance, currently serving as the Leader of ESG & Sustainable Investment Advisory and Board Director at Arup, where Steven has been since 2002. Under Steven's leadership, Arup diversified its services to include Regulated Corporate Finance Advice, marking it as the only engineering firm with such capability. Additionally, Steven focused on market entry strategies and ESG implementation during their tenure as UKIMEA Advisory Services Leader, and further advanced the firm as the Global Leader in Transaction Advice, establishing it as a market leader in investment-related services. Steven also leads Arup's global partnership with the World Economic Forum, contributing to infrastructure and climate resilience initiatives, and previously served on the Leadership Council for the Management Consultancies Association. Steven trained as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, specializing in Corporate Finance, with qualifications from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and MIT Sloan School of Management, among others.
