Tatiana Kalashnikova has a diverse work experience, spanning over several reputable companies. Tatiana began their career in 2002 at Heineken, where they first served as a Distributor Operations Manager, managing the relationship between the company and a major distributor. Tatiana then moved on to become a Key Accounts Manager, developing business relationships with international and national customers. In 2005, Tatiana joined Procter and Gamble, initially working as a Key Accounts Manager, responsible for the growth of Gillette, Duracell, and Oral-B businesses with major national customers. Tatiana later transitioned to the role of Category Manager for Oral Care, successfully integrating the Gillette Oral Care business into P&G's business model. Their final role at P&G was as the Regional Category Manager for Laundry in Central and Eastern Europe, where they established category management expertise, collaborated closely with markets, and increased category sales volume. Currently, Tatiana is working at the World Economic Forum, holding various positions since 2011. Tatiana has served as the Head of Business Engagement for Europe and Eurasia, Associate Director for Business Engagement in Europe, and most recently, as the Head of Energy and Materials, Engagement Management. Additionally, they have been the Head of Partnership Management for the Energy, Materials, Mobility, and Infrastructure Industries. Overall, Tatiana has gained extensive experience in business engagement, partnership management, and category management, demonstrating their expertise in various industries.

Tatiana Kalashnikova completed their Masters in Management at the State University of Management in Moscow from 1999 to 2005.
