Till Alexander Leopold

Till Alexander Leopold has extensive experience in various organizations, with their most recent role being the Head of Reskilling Revolution & Education, Skills and Learning at the World Economic Forum. Till Alexander joined the organization in November 2021 and is responsible for leading initiatives related to the future of work, education, and gender parity. Prior to this, Till held the position of Head of Frontier Insights & Action Initiatives at the World Economic Forum from September 2018 to October 2021. Till Alexander also served as a Project Lead for Future of Work, Education and Skills, and Gender Parity from June 2014 to August 2018 at the same organization.

Before joining the World Economic Forum, Till worked as a Senior Consultant at Endeva in 2014. Till Alexander was responsible for providing strategic advice and consulting services. Till Alexander also gained experience as an Economic Affairs Officer at the United Nations from October 2009 to December 2013. In this role, they contributed to economic research and analysis. Additionally, Till was a Project Manager at the International Labour Organization from October 2012 to March 2013, where they managed projects related to labor economics.

Till Alexander Leopold has a diverse education history. Till Alexander obtained an Executive Certificate in Leading Economic Growth from Harvard Kennedy School in 2020. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued Research Methods as part of the UNU-MERIT GPAC² PhD Programme in Innovation, Technology, and Economic Development at United Nations University-MERIT. In 2007, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Development from SOAS University of London. Before that, in 2003 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.

Additionally, Till Alexander Leopold has also obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In July 2021, they completed the Negotiation Mastery certification from Harvard Business School Online. In December 2020, they acquired the Leadership Communication certification from INSEAD.
