David (Daiwei) Yan, Ed.D., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Employer Solutions at World Education Services, focusing on initiatives that enhance the employment of immigrant and refugee talents in Canada. Previously, David held roles in various organizations, including Manager of Employer Solutions at WES Canada, Inclusion Advisor at KEYS, International Recruitment Officer at the University of Lethbridge, and Deputy Director of the International Office at Xi'an Eurasia University. David possesses an extensive background in international relations, workforce development, and inclusion strategies, complemented by a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Calgary and advanced degrees from Imperial College London and China University of Petroleum. David’s expertise is further supported by a certificate in Immigration Consulting from Humber College.
