Jeffrey Gross

Jeffrey Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in immigrant integration and public health advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at World Education Services since September 2017, Gross focuses on research, policy analysis, and program assistance to enhance the economic integration of immigrants in the U.S. Previously, as a Project Consultant at the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA), Gross successfully recruited and trained bilingual community members for public health outreach during the COVID-19 pandemic. Gross led the New Americans Integration Institute at MIRA from 2012 to 2017, advocating for the inclusion of immigrants and refugees. Additional positions include Senior Project Manager roles at RAMP, Inc., BBN Technologies, and Comverse Network Systems, along with early teaching roles at Harvard University. Gross holds a Master of Public Policy from the Heller School at Brandeis University, a PhD in Medieval Literature and Historical Linguistics from Harvard University, and a BA in Linguistics from Yale University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
