Paulino da Silva is currently the Project Coordinator at World Education, leading the MozNorte project in Northern Mozambique. Previously, Paulino worked as an Entrepreneurship and Financial Inclusion Coordinator at Siyaka Project, a Lecturer and Researcher at Zambeze University, and as a Business Development Analyst at Universidade Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul. Throughout their career, Paulino has also served in various teaching and mentoring roles at different educational institutions in Brazil and Mozambique. Paulino holds a PhD in Agribusiness, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and bachelor's and licentiate degrees in Public Administration.
