Michael Walters

Michael Walters has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Michael began their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 1987 to 1990. Michael then joined Family Steakhouses of Florida, Inc. as a Controller, where they were responsible for SEC filings, internal controls, and budgeting. Michael also provided operational support and oversaw a subsidiary company. In 1998, Michael joined World Family English Holdings Ltd. as a Corporate Controller and was later promoted to Vice President and CFO. Michael initially worked in Jacksonville Beach, FL, but was then assigned to Hong Kong in 2003 and Taipei, Taiwan in 2005. In their role as CFO, they were responsible for overseeing financial operations and managing the company's finances.

Michael Walters obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a strong minor in Computer Science from Florida State University, from the years 1982 to 1987. Michael also holds a CPA certification from the AICPA, although the specific month of attainment is not provided.
