World Federation for Animals
Reineke Hameleers serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Eurogroup for Animals since 2013, and has held the role of Vice President at the World Federation for Animals since February 2021. As a Board Member of Nationaal Comite advies dierproevenbeleid since October 2016, Hameleers contributes to important discussions regarding animal testing policies. Previously, Hameleers was the regional director at Dierenbescherming Limburg from 2008 to January 2013 and served as program manager at Stichting Dierenbescherming Limburg during the same period. Earlier experience includes roles as regional coordinator and project officer at Nederlandse Vereniging tot Bescherming van Dieren from 2003 to February 2008. Hameleers holds a Master of Business Administration from The Open University (2020-2022) and a MA in Arts and Science Studies from Maastricht University (2006).
