Sarah Ruzol

Sarah Ruzol has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Sarah began their career in 1994 as a Production Planning Inventory Control Officer and Cost Accounting Supervisor at Cirimar Laboratories Inc. Sarah then moved on to James Hardie Philippines in 1997, where they worked as a Cost Accounting Manager.

In 1999, Sarah joined LINDE GAS (formerly Spectra Gases Inc) as an Accounting Manager, overseeing a team of 10 accountants and focusing on general and cost accounting, budgeting, tax, and financial reporting. Sarah was successful in streamlining the monthly closing schedule and reporting to the parent company within 7 days.

Sarah then transitioned to Linde Gas in 2010, taking on the role of Head of Operational Accounting-Cylinders. Sarah'sresponsibilities included managing the Operational Accounting of the Electronic Division, handling consolidation of multiple international entities, budgeting, month/year-end closing, and internal and external audits. Sarah provided support to the Operations group and oversaw a $40M inventory level.

In 2012, Sarah became the RNA Project Manager for LiFe Transformation at Linde Gas. Sarah improved Region North America's Trade Working Capital, identified causes of losses in transport, revised obsolescence calculations, and developed monthly dashboards. Sarah delivered $2M in favorable results and enabled the calculation of obsolescence reserves for inventory.

Sarah joined World Financial Group in 2016 as a Certified Financial Educator CFEd®/Senior Marketing Director. Sarah conducted training and classes on financial wellness, including financial planning, debt management, retirement planning, wealth preservation, and insurance. Sarah was committed to educating one million families by 2020.

Most recently, Sarah worked at Burns & McDonnell as a Project Control Specialist, starting in October 2019. Further details about this role are not provided.

Sarah Ruzol completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Accounting from The Philippine Women's University. Sarah attended this institution from 1983 to 1989. In 1990, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.

In 2011, Sarah attended the Heartland Institute of Financial Education, where they obtained the CFEd® Certification on Financial Education and also completed the CPP-College Planning Program. Sarah became a CFEd® Certified Financial Educator in August of that year.
