Rebecca Middleton has a diverse work experience in the field of advocacy and policy. Rebecca currently holds the position of Chief Advocacy & Engagement Officer at World Food Program USA since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at the Alliance to End Hunger, where they served as the Executive Director from August 2016 to June 2020, and as the COO from April 2013 to August 2016. Additionally, Rebecca has significant experience in government affairs and policy development, having worked as a Vice President at Cassidy & Associates from February 2002 to March 2013. Rebecca also served as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) from June 1997 to February 2002.

Rebecca Middleton attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1989 to 1993. Rebecca then pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Mary Washington from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science.
