Melissa B.

Melissa B. is an accomplished Partnerships Program Manager at the World Food Programme with a strong background in cash-based transfers and IT governance. Since May 2018, Melissa has successfully overseen the design and rollout of Contract Lifecycle Management across 90+ offices globally, managing complex projects and stakeholder communications. Previous roles include product management for cash-based transfer policies and serving as a senior cash advisor, where Melissa enhanced project funding and represented divisions in strategic governance entities. A creative travel photographer and writer prior to joining WFP, Melissa has also held positions in health equity research and public health program management, supported by degrees from Columbia University and UC Santa Barbara.
