Hi, I’m Mônica Esperidião Hasenclever.

I’m the Female Leaders Manager at WFS and responsible for partnerships in Brasil.

I have the responsibility of promoting and organizing the Female Leaders Program not only at our events, but also throughout the year.

Before living in Spain, I was responsible for the sports marketing of Telefónica in Brazil for 8 years, where I managed sponsorships in different modalities, such as Golf, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball and Football, the latter with the Brazilian National Football Teams, from the base to the main, male and female teams and already in Spain, my first 6 years, I carried out my consultancy in Sports Marketing, with the purpose of promoting diversity and gender equality, through customized actions for brands, clubs, leagues and federations.

My favorite hobby is practicing sport, I have been a handball player all my life, so to this day, I like to continue practicing it with my daughter, in addition to traveling and watching movies, we love living new experiences. Something I would recommend my colleagues is to live a World Cup of Football and Olympics Games, being in these events makes us perceive the strength that sport has worldwide and the experience of being with different cultures in the same place is incredible.
