Kaitlin Van Auker, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional currently working as a Sr. HR Generalist in the NA Land West HRBP role at World Fuel Services. Prior to this, Kaitlin held positions in Human Resources at Flyers Energy, LLC, Natomas Crossing Dental Care, Revere Packaging, LLC, and The New Home Company Inc. Kaitlin also has experience as a Leasing Consultant/Leasing Manager at FPI Management and as a Human Resources Intern at INAMU. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Doctoral Psychology from Jessup University, as well as additional degrees from Costa Rican Language Academy, Sierra College, and Santa Barbara City College.
