Robert Craig has a strong background in information security and cybersecurity. Robert has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2001 with the US Navy as a Computer Network Vulnerability Assessment Coordinator and Nodal Analyst. Robert has also worked as a Lead Security Engineer for the Department of Justice, a Project Manager and Principal Engineer for the Department of the Treasury, and a Senior Principal Security Engineer for the ODNI. Robert Craig holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained in 1994. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science at Northern Virginia Community College starting in 1990. Additionally, Robert has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from the INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY CERTIFICATION CONSORTIUM ISC2 in 1999, as well as several certifications from Bitsight in 2024.
