Joseph Cavatoni

Joseph Cavatoni is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent firms. Currently serving as a Market Strategist and Principal Chief Executive Officer at the World Gold Council since August 2016, Joseph also holds the position of Global Head of Sales and Regional CEO for the USA at the LBMA, where an appointment to the Finance Committee occurred in 2023. Previously, Joseph was a Managing Director at BlackRock from 2011 to 2015 and at Barclays Global Investors from 2009 to 2011, leading capital markets and product development teams. Additional experience includes managing a global equity finance team at UBS and a directorial role at Merrill Lynch. Joseph holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
