Claudia Blanton is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various industries, including mission work and customer service. Currently serving as a Missionary in the American Indian Field with World Gospel Mission since November 2018, Claudia previously held roles in customer service and training, including positions at Shields Manufacturing, Inc. and as a Customer Relationship Manager and Trainer during a transitional period. Claudia's earlier career features significant experience as an Account Manager at TE Connectivity, a Business Systems Analyst/Trainer at Energy Trust of Oregon, and a Technical Specialist/Project Manager at Enron Broadband Services. Educational credentials include a Project Management Certification from Portland State University and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Minnesota State University Moorhead, complemented by multiple ASTD courses focused on training and eLearning strategies.
