Jared Gleason

Jared Gleason has over 15 years of work experience at World Gospel Mission. Jared started in 2007 as the Mid-term Worker Coordinator, where they assisted young adults and adults in serving cross culturally. In this role, they managed all logistics including the application process, fundraising, orientation, and debriefing. In 2012, they transitioned to the position of Mobilizer, where they traveled to universities, churches, and camps to encourage people to get involved in cross-cultural missions. Jared also trained missionaries on how to utilize social media. From 2017 to 2022, Jared served as the Director of Mobilization, overseeing on-boarding programs for missions mobilization and casting vision for a team of seven individuals. Jared is currently the Associate Vice President of International Ministries, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to their role as a coordinator, Jared volunteered as an English teacher in 2006, teaching English as a Second Language at Santa Cruz Christian Learning Center and college courses at Universidad Evangelica Mundial.

Jared Gleason attended Bluffton High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology at Huntington University from 2003 to 2007.
