Ben Duncan

Ben Duncan is a seasoned professional in risk communication and health policy, currently serving as a Senior Risk Communication Consultant for the World Health Organization since October 2017, where responsibilities include capacity building for priority countries. Duncan is also the Director and Founder of Alert Not Alarmed Enterprises Ltd, working on COVID-19 response documentation. Additional roles include Senior Adviser for Cambre Associates since September 2016, and prior positions such as Communication Consultant for WHO in Lao PDR and Director for Europe at The Warning Project. With extensive experience at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, Duncan has contributed to high-level advisory and communication strategies in health diplomacy. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in European Community and Public International Law from The University of Edinburgh, a Bar Exam from Inns of Court School of Law, and an LL.B. from Lancaster University.
