Claudia Pagliari is a distinguished academic and consultant with extensive experience in digital health and informatics. Currently serving as the External Examiner in Applied Digital Health at the University of Oxford and a Senior Lecturer in Primary Care & eHealth at the University of Edinburgh since 2004, Claudia leads an interdisciplinary research group focused on the societal implications of digital health. As a founder and Programme Director of the MSc in Global eHealth, Claudia addresses health informatics training gaps for professionals. In addition to roles at NHS Digital Academy and the Scottish Government, Claudia is a member of the World Health Organization's Roster of Experts in Digital Health, providing technical advice on various health projects. With a PhD in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Ulster, Claudia has contributed significantly to both academic and practical aspects of health informatics.
