Gabrielle Jacob

Gabrielle Jacob currently serves as a Regional Advisor and Special Advisor to the Regional Director on Transformation and Organisation Development at the World Health Organization, focusing on organizational effectiveness and the implementation of strategic objectives. With a strong background in health workforce planning and organizational development, Gabrielle has held various significant roles within the WHO Regional Office for Europe, including Unit Head of the Human Resources for Health Programme. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Department of Health in Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed organization development, internal communications, and the delivery of major change programs.
