Hong Anh Chu

Hong Anh Chu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health data systems and monitoring & evaluation (M&E). Currently serving as Technical Lead for Health Data Systems Strengthening at the World Health Organization since January 2016, Hong Anh manages the SCORE for Health Data Technical Package, overseeing comprehensive assessments of health data systems across over 160 countries. Previous roles include HIS Technical Officer at WHO, where Hong Anh led the design of integrated data platforms and developed national health sector M&E frameworks. Additionally, experience as a consultant involved the development of health sector reform frameworks and public health project management. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
