Kenneth Piercy is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in international, constitutional, and global health law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Officer at the World Health Organization since October 2014, Kenneth previously held the role of Legal Officer within the same organization, focusing on contractual and commercial matters. Prior to this, Kenneth worked as a Legal Officer at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Kenneth's earlier experience includes serving as a Volunteer Attorney and Legal Committee Chair for the Sierra Club, as well as an Attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where expertise was developed in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and financial regulatory matters. Kenneth began a legal career with an internship at the New York State Attorney General's Office.
