Mariam Abu-Khalaf, PharmD, currently serves as a Project Coordinator at the Jordan Breast Cancer Program since August 2024 and as a Consultant for the World Health Organization in pharmacovigilance since December 2022. In the role with the WHO, responsibilities include curating instructional resources and developing educational materials for safe drug use, as well as implementing active safety surveillance protocols in low- and middle-income countries. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Preceptor at the University of Jordan from October 2021 to June 2024, an Educational Program Officer at Phi Science Institute from November 2019 to October 2021, and as a Clinical Pharmacist at the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center from August 2018 to September 2019. Education credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Jordan and an ongoing Master of Science in International Public Health/International Health from Liverpool John Moores University, expected to be completed in December 2024.
