Tariro Mutamuko-FCCA, CIA, CRBA, CFE, serves as the Chief of Risk and Compliance for the Africa Region at the World Health Organization, leading the Compliance, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance team across 47 African countries. Prior to this role, Tariro held significant positions at the World Food Programme and the CGIAR Consortium, where responsibilities included developing strategic audit plans and ensuring compliance across various operational platforms. Experience also includes serving as Group Internal Audit Executive at Crystal Ventures Holdings, where governance structures and risk-based strategies were established. Additional roles encompass participation on the Audit Committee for the Ministry of Sports and Culture in Rwanda, serving as Finance Director for Letloa Trust, and various internal auditing positions at TSL Limited and SAB-MILLER. Tariro holds multiple professional certifications and degrees in accounting and auditing, alongside ongoing education in an MBA program.
