Kraig Cole has a diverse range of work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Student Manager at The Southwestern Company. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Business Development Representative at Garrigan's Office Plus. In 2010, Kraig completed an internship in the Tourism Business Division at the Seoul Metropolitan Government. In 2011, they joined the Indiana University Center for Chinese Language Pedagogy as a Chinese Language Institute Program Assistant. During the same year, they also started working at World Help, where they held various roles including Assistant Director of Child Sponsorship and Program Director of Child Sponsorship. Most recently, Kraig has been working as the Director of International Partnerships at World Help since September 2020.
Kraig Cole attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Administration. Kraig focused their studies on Nonprofit Management and Comparative and International Affairs. Before that, Cole attended Cedarville University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication and Psychology. Additionally, in 2008, Cole studied Chinese Studies at Xiamen University for a brief period. Prior to their college education, Cole attended Faith Academy from 2001 to 2005.
