Dawn Clark

Dawn V. Clark currently serves as the Executive Director of Dual Degree Programs at GEO Academies, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Dawn V. Clark was the Director of Academic Affairs and Transfer for the Indiana Commission for Higher Education from December 2015 to August 2022, overseeing initiatives related to the Core Transfer Library, Indiana College Core, Transfer Single Articulation Pathways, and legislative compliance. Dawn V. Clark's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and Student Support Specialist within the same commission, as well as serving as a Senior Flight Attendant at ATA Airlines from 1998 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Indianapolis.
