Cristina Alafriz, a Partner and Senior Consultant at Management Strategies, Inc., has extensive experience in consulting with multinational companies and local conglomerates in Philippines and Malaysia. Cristina is currently serving as the President and Master Action Learning Coach at the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), where Cristina promotes the use of Action Learning methodology for problem-solving and leadership development. Previously, Cristina was the Managing Director at Beyond Limits Asia, where Cristina pioneered outdoor adventure programs.
