The Directors of Various Functions at the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) are responsible for overseeing and managing their respective domains to ensure the organization's growth and impact. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives in education, fundraising, certification, and coaching. They work collaboratively to enhance WIAL's training programs, secure funding, support scholarship and grant programs, and maintain high standards of Action Learning practices and certifications globally.
