Abby Eastman is an experienced health coach and educator with a robust background in facilitating health and wellness programs. Currently serving as a Health Coach, Learning Facilitator, and Research and Development professional at inHealth Lifestyle Therapeutics, Abby leads the NBHWC approved health and wellness coach certification and oversees various educational initiatives. With a history of online instruction and content development for personal training certifications at W.I.T.S. World Instructor Training Schools, Abby has also operated as a self-employed health and wellness coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher since 2008. Additional roles include experience as an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College and Old Dominion University, a Fitness Director at the Marilyn and Marvin Simon Family JCC, and a Group Fitness Coordinator at Chesapeake General Hospital. Abby holds a Master of Science in Education in Exercise Physiology from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from East Carolina University.
