Laura Mccarthy

Laura McCarthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and mergers & acquisitions sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at World Insurance Associates LLC since August 2020, Laura previously held the position of Associate at Carousel Capital from August 2018 to July 2020, and prior to that, worked as an Analyst at Harris Williams from June 2016 to July 2018. Laura's academic background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Information Technology from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Virginia (2012-2016), with early education at Norfolk Collegiate (1999-2012).
